BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Participating Addendum/Master Agreement (price contract) with Tait North America, Inc., which is attached hereto and incorporated herein, under the U.S. Communities Government Purchasing Alliance, for radios and accessories, and further authorizing the Director of Central Purchasing to execute any other necessary documents related to the price contract.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
