BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to accept deeds of easement and to execute any documents necessary for the acquisition of right-of-way, to facilitate construction of Zone 3, 4 and 7 of the Town Branch Commons Project.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $400,000.00 be and hereby is approved as project authorization funds for Zones 3, 4, and 7 of the Town Branch Commons Project, from account #3160-303202-90313.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
