BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Director of the Division of Water Quality, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Agreed Order, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with the Kentucky Energy and Environment Cabinet, to resolve water quality violations.
Section 2 - That the Division of Water Quality be and hereby is authorized to implement a Supplemental Environmental Project (SEP), with a minimum expenditure of $35,000.00, in lieu of a civil penalty.
