Title: Authorization to enter into lease agreement with New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC, to place and operate a cell tower at 3360 Huffman Mill Pike. The lease would include approximately 2,852 square feet including the air space above the ground space for the placement of a communication facility. The initial term will be five (5) years with automatic renewals for three (3) additional five (5) year term(s). Rent will be $1,500 per month for year one.
