BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute an Agreement (awarded pursuant to RFP No. 54-2017), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with AskReply, Inc. d/b/a B2Gnow, for services relating to a Diversity Tracking Management software solution, to facilitate compliance with the Urban County Government's Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) goals.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $59,000.00 in FY 2018 be and hereby is approved for payment to AskReply, Inc. d/b/a B2Gnow, from account #1101-202801-96202, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
