BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to accept a Grant from the Kentucky Department of Corrections, which Grant funds are in the amount of $113,400.00 Commonwealth of Kentucky funds, are for the operation of a Substance Abuse Recovery Program at the Fayette County Detention Center for FY 2019 and FY 2020, the acceptance of which does not obligate the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government for the expenditure of funds.
