BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute and submit the Application, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Kentucky Finance and Administration Cabinet for eligibility to receive federal surplus property, and further authorizing the Director of Central Purchasing to execute and submit any other necessary documents related to the application and provide any additional information requested in connection with this application.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
