BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Deed of Conservation Easement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Greenspace Trust, Inc., to preserve and protect a portion of the property located at 1875 Newtown Pike for use as a greenway, as part of the Coldstream Park Stream Corridor Restoration and Preservation Project, a Supplemental Environmental Project required by the Consent Decree, and further authorizing the Mayor to execute any other documents necessary to transfer the ease...
