BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Professional Services Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Impressions Marketing and Events for fundraising services for the Division of Parks and Recreation.
Section 2 - That an amount not to exceed the sum of $5,000.00, plus a commission of 25%, be and hereby is approved for payment to Impressions Marketing and Events, $3,000.00 from account 1101-707604-7409-71299, $2,000.00 from account 1103-707604-7321-71299, and a commission from account 1103-707604-7251-71299-729 pursuant to the terms of the Professional Services Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
