                     BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor or the Commissioner of Finance, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Letter Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Strothman and Company, Certified Public Accountants and Auditors, for the Sheriff’s Settlement for the 2017 Property Tax Year.

                     Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $8,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Strothman and Company, from account #1101-202101-71201 ($4,000.00) and account #1115-202101-71201 ($4,000.00), pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.

                     Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
