BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute a Facilities Solutions Agreement and Addendum(s), which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Cintas Corporation pursuant to a U.S. Communities Participating Public Agencies Master Agreement (Contract #12-JLH-011C), establishing a price contract for the rental of facility entrance mats and rental uniforms.
