BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute a multi-year Agreement (awarded pursuant to RFP No. 36-2017), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Energize Kentucky, LLC to provide administrative services related to the Energy Project Assessment District established by Ordinance No. 24-2018, with all costs paid by participating property owners.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
