BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That PowerPhone, be and hereby is established as a sole source provider of Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) hardware, software, and services, for the Division of Enhanced 911 and authorizing the Mayor or his designee, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, to execute any necessary Agreements with PowerPhone, related to the procurement of these goods and services.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
