BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the deed of easement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Kentucky American Water Company, Granting a utility easement across the property located at 3541 Greentree Road for the relocation of a water main, and further authorizing the Mayor to execute any other documents necessary to transfer the easement, at no cost to the Urban County Government.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
