BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Section 1 of Resolution No. 163-2018 is hereby amended to read as follows:
That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to accept a Grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, which Grant funds are in the amount of $1,430,000 Federal funds, are for continuation of the Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) Program, the acceptance of which does not obligate the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government for the expenditure of funds.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
