Authorization to execute an Equipment Rental Agreement between the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government and FLIX, Inc. This Agreement will provide goods and services for Free Friday Flicks including projection equipment, a movie screen, 5 movies and the licensing to show those movies in a public setting, delivery and pickup of all equipment, and technical support. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Equipment Rental Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with FLIX, Inc., for use of projection equipment and film licenses at Free Friday Flicks at Jacobson Park.
Section 2 - That an amount not to exceed the sum of $13,500.00 be and hereby is approved for payment to FLIX, Inc., from account 1101-707604-7402-71299, pursuant to the terms of the Equipment Rental Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
