BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Change Order No. 3 (FINAL), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Agreement with Tribute Contracting & Consultants, LLC, for the UK Trunk A Sewer Improvements Project, decreasing the Contract price by the sum of $322,049.53 from $2,767,032.00 to $2,444,982.47.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
