BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the following Unclassified Civil Service Appointment made by the Mayor be and hereby is ratified:

Kenneth Armstrong, Commissioner of Public Safety, Grade 538E, $4,994.24 bi weekly in the Department of Public Safety, effective upon passage of council.

                     Section 2 - That this resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
