A Resolution authorizing and directing the Mayor, on behalf of the Urban County Government, to execute and submit a Grant Application to the Ky. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute and submit a Grant Application, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, to provide any additional information requested in connection with this Grant Application, and to accept the Grant if it is awarded, which Grant funds are in the amount of $25,000 Federal funds, are for participation in the Traffic Safety Occupant Protection Program for FY 2019, the acceptance of which does not obligate the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government for the expenditure of funds.
