BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Police, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to purchase a portable training system and training munitions on an as needed basis with funds Budgeted, from Ultimate Training Munitions, Inc., a sole source provider.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
