BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That all proposals to name or dedicate a government facility, other than a facility covered by CAO Policy 49, in honor of an individual or group shall be submitted by a Councilmember to the General Government and Social Services Committee of the Urban County Council for review prior to adoption or approval by the Urban County Council.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
