BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute and submit the Lexington-Fayette County Continuum of Care Application, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and to provide any additional information requested in connection with this Application, requesting funds in the amount of $15,000,000 Federal funds, which are for the Youth Homelessness Demonstration Project.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
