BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the response of Environmental Enterprises, Inc. to RFP No. 03-2018 Household Hazardous Waste Collection Event Spring 2018, be and hereby is accepted, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute any additional necessary Agreements with the vendor related to the RFP.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
