BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to accept a donation from the Creech Family Foundation, Inc., in the amount of $23,163.70 for the purchase of one (1) handicap accessible kayak or canoe launch module and one (1) A.D.A. accessible pedal boat.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
