BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Extension of Facilities Management Services Contract, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Meridian Management Corporation for facility management services at the Fayette County Courthouses, extending the term of the Contract by one (1) year, and providing for four (4) additional one-year renewals at the same price, adjusted annually in accordance with the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers, South Region.
Section 2 - That an amount not to exceed the sum of $924,250.68 be and hereby is approved for payment to Meridian Management Corporation from account 4022-707501-7044-71299 for services perfor...
