BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference, with Paradigm Solutions International, Inc., for Licenses and Services related to the OpsPlanner Software as a Service (Saas) business resiliency tool.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $10,580.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Paradigm Solutions International, Inc. from account #2608-210101-96202, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, with ongoing subscription costs subject to the sufficient appropriation of funds in future fiscal years.
Section 3 - This Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
