BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That a variance is Granted from the Richmond Road Corridor Ordinance (213-83) related to development at 2576 Richmond Road, allowing for implementation of a modified planting plan.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
