WHEREAS, KRS 91.758 requires a management district to submit its annual Budget for the cost of providing economic improvements within the management district to the legislative body of the Urban County Government for approval; and
WHEREAS, the Urban County Council, as the legislative body of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, previously approved the creation of the Downtown Lexington Management District through the adoption of Ordinance No. 52-2015; and,
WHEREAS, the Urban County Council previously adopted the current fiscal year Budget (Fiscal Year 2017-2018) for the District through the adoption of Resolution No. 337- 2017; and
WHEREAS, the District wishes to amend its Budget for the current fiscal year as provided in the attachment to this Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the preamble to this Resolution is incorporated herein as if set out in full.
