BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Kraus Associates, Inc. d/b/a AK Associates, be and hereby is established as a sole source provider of telephone technology and equipment manufactured by Solacom Technologies Inc. and Execom logging recorders, for the Division of Enhanced 911 and authorizing the Mayor or his designee, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, to execute any necessary Agreements with Kraus Associates, Inc. d/b/a AK Associates, related to the procurement of these goods and services.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
