Title

An Ordinance amending certain of the Budgets of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government to provide $60,000 for the purchase of MBE/DBE compliance monitoring software from the General Fund fund balance and appropriating and re-appropriating funds, Schedule No 28. [Council Office, Maynard]

 

Summary

            WHEREAS, it is necessary and proper to amend the Budgets of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government to provide $60,000 for MBE/DBE compliance software from the General Fund fund balance:

             NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That certain of the Budgets of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government be and hereby are amended to provide $60,000 for MBE/DBE compliance software from the General Fund fund balance, and that to effect such Amendments the following appropriations be and hereby are authorized and directed:

                     ) $_60,000_   _from_ the Unappropriated Fund Balance in the General Services District-General Fund _to_ various accounts.

Section 2 - That the purposes of the Budget Amendments and the Accounts to or from which funds are herein appropriated, are detailed in “BUDGET SCHEDULE NO. 0028”, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

                     Section 3 - That this Ordinance shall become effective on the date of its passage.
