BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bids of L-M Asphalt Partners, Ltd. d/b/a ATS Construction and Woodall Construction Co., Inc., establishing price contracts for Equipment Rental with Operator Supplemental, for the Division of Streets and Roads, be and hereby are accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bids, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
