BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Department of Environmental Quality and Public Works, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to procure services for the installation and maintenance of granite and asphalt pavers for the Downtown Streetscape Project from Decorative Paving Company, a sole source provider.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $33,021.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Decorative Paving Company, from account # 1105 - 313101 - 91714 ($16,510.50) and 1105 - 313101 - 91713 ($16,510.50), pursuant to the terms of the purchase requisition.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
