BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Change Order No. 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Contract with L-M Asphalt Partners, Ltd. d/b/a ATS Construction, for the Brighton Rail Trail Phase 4 Project, increasing the Contract price by the sum of $8,920.69, from $210,599.94 to $219,520.63.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $8,920.69, be and hereby is approved for payment to L-M Asphalt Partners, Ltd. d/b/a ATS Construction from account #1136-303202-91715, pursuant to the terms of the Change Order.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
