Summary
Authorization to execute the 2018 General Term Orders for the Fayette County Clerk and Fayette County Sheriff. WHEREAS, KRS 64.350(1) provides that in counties having a population of seventy thousand (70,000) or more, the salaries of the county clerks and sheriffs and of their deputies and all necessary office expenses, including the equipping, furnishing, maintaining, and operation of the offices, shall be paid out of the State Treasury in amounts not to exceed seventy-five percent (75%) of the fees collected by the officers respectively; and
