BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Change Order No. 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Agreement with Olympic Construction, LLC for the West Hickman Waste Water Treatment Plant Electrical Shop Project, increasing the Contract price by the sum of $21,606.82 from $294,800.00 to $316,406.82, and extending the date of completion by thirty (30) calendar days, to January 26, 2018.
