BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the response of Keller Partners & Company, LLC, to RFP No. 34-2017 Lobbying and Representation Services, be and hereby is accepted, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Professional Services Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Keller Partners & Company, LLC, to provide services related to the RFP, at a cost estimated not to exceed $79,500.00 ($6,500.00 per month plus reasonable expenses).
