BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the License Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with the R.J. Corman RailRd. Company/Central Kentucky Lines, LLC (“R.J. Corman”), for use of an existing at-grade crossing within a portion of the right-of-way owned by R.J. Corman, for the Legacy/Hope Center Trail System, at no cost to the Urban County Government.

                                          Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
