BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Second Amendment to the Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Community Action Council for Lexington-Fayette, Bourbon, Harrison, and Nicholas Counties, Inc., extending the term of the Agreement to March 3, 2018 and providing additional funds for the operation of the Emergency Family Housing Program.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $25,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Community Action Council for Lexington-Fayette, Bourbon, Harrison, and Nicholas Counties, Inc., from account #1145-155003-78112, pursuant to the terms of the Second Amendment to the Agreement.
Section 3 - This Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
