BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute and submit the Grant Application, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Kentucky Department of Juvenile Justice, and to provide any additional information requested in connection with this Grant Application, which Grant funds are in the amount of $200,000.00 Commonwealth of Kentucky funds under the Juvenile Justice Fiscal Incentive Program, are for the operation of the Justice Reinvestment Program for the Division of Youth Services.
