BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute all necessary documents and to accept property interests needed for the Expansion Area 3 Pump Station and Force Main Project.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed $18,764.25, be and hereby is approved for payment to property owners, plus usual and appropriate closing costs, from account #4003-303408-3466-92811.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
