BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Right-of-Way Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Columbia Gas of Kentucky, Inc., Granting permanent and temporary easements at 1345 Old Frankfort Pike for the installation, operation, and maintenance of gas lines in consideration of $2,206.00.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
