Summary
Authorization to accept the Mounted Division Access Agreement with LWT Enterprises, Inc. The purpose of this Agreement is to allow LWT Enterprises, Inc. to film and record the Lexington Police Department Mounted Unit while they perform their daily duties, that will be a part of a television show on Mounted Police Units for a period of one (1) year. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with LWT Enterprises, Inc. for filming the mounted unit.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
