Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, Vineyard Neighborhood Corporation, Lexington Sister Cities, Blue Grass Council of the Boy Scouts of America, and Black Church Coalition of the Blue Grass, Inc., for the Office of the Urban County Council
