                     BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Change Order No. 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Agreement with Omni Commercial LLC, for the Cadentown School House Sidewalk Project, increasing the Contract price by the sum of $2,900 from $25,900 to $28,800.                     Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $2,900, be and hereby is approved for payment to Omni Commercial LLC, from account #3120 - 707602 - 91714, pursuant to the terms of the Change Order.

                     Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
