BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Modification to the Agreement, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with the Kentucky Department of Military Affairs, Division of Emergency Management, for the extension of the performance period through September 30, 2018 for the Chemical Stockpile Emergency Preparedness Program (CSEPP) for FY 2016, at no additional cost to the Urban County Government.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
