BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Change Order No. 2 (Final), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Agreement with Bluegrass Contracting Corporation for the Rogers Road Stormwater Improvements Project, decreasing the Contract price by the sum of $36,163.73 from $2,852,926.10 to $2,816,762.37, and extending the date of completion by two hundred and forty-four (244) calendar days, to July 6, 2017.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
