BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That subsection 2-87(a) of the Code of Ordinance of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government be and hereby is amended to read as follows:
Sec. 2-87. - Membership; terms; staff.
(a) The members of the MSP Advisory Board shall be eighteen (18) in number and shall be appointed by the Mayor, with the advice of the constituent groups represented, subject to confirmation by a majority of the Urban County Councilmembers. Sixteen (16) members shall be voting members and two (2) shall be ex-officio, non-voting members. The eighteen (18) members shall be as follows: one (1) member from the Audubon Society; one (1) member shall be from the Lexington Lions Club, Inc.; one (1) member shall be from the Bracktown Neighborhood Association; one (1) member shall be from the Masterson Station Park Casual Riders; one (1) member shall be a citizen representing the Div. of Parks and Recreation Equestrian Program; one (1) member shall be from the Friends of the ...
