BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Contract, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Total ID Solutions, Inc., for renewal of the photo ID card system Technical Service Program, for the Division of Emergency Management.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $740.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Total ID Solutions, Inc., from account #3200-505204-76101 ($65.84), account #3200-505204-76102 ($57.50), account #1101-505204-76101 ($329.16), and account #1101-505204-76102 ($287.50), pursuant to the terms of the Contract.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
