BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Emergency Management/911, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to purchase and install an Emergency Generator Docking Station at the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) by WHAYNE CAT, a sole source provider.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $38,528, be and hereby is approved for payment to WHAYNE CAT from account #3200-505201-96468, pursuant to the terms of the purchase requisition.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
