BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Amendment to the Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with GreenHouse17, modifying Article IV of the Agreement which amends the amounts to be reimbursed for each designated activity under the Grant to Encourage Arrest Policies and Enforcement of Protection Orders Program.
Section 2 - This Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
